AM4 Coaching caters to athletes of all ages and experience levels with my wide variety of courses. Whether you are interested in working on a particular facet of your game or would like to improve your overall athletic performance, you’ve got many options to choose from. Mixed Football Session


Each session is set with clear, challenging and fun targets. We aim to provide a platform for all players to learn and express themselves into the footballing world. Whether it is ball mastery or using your development we aim for each player to have progressed more from when they started. Throughout sessions players are encouraged to be social and to ask questions to enhance learning whilst building the confidence within the game. Players will begin to identify ways to be creative to think outside the box to keep possession and being brave on the ball most importantly the ability to play under pressure.

Tiny Tots 18Months to 5yrs.

£5 for 45minutes

Where it all begins, the foundation of football is where were give all young children the fundamentals of football from using the correct part of your foot to pass to celebrating in style when you score a goal. Firstly, we want our children to have fun with a ball in our sessions, we use a variety of cognitive ways to help develop their coordination through colours, shapes and numbers.

1:1 Training


At AM4 Coaching we always aim to personalise your coaching session and experience to suit the needs of the player to help aid their development. All sessions are based on improving both physical and technical aspects of play whilst looking at the features of real game situations. As well as being enjoyable and fun we want make sure that it is also challenging to help everyone reach their potential.


Goalkeeper Training


We want to make goalkeeping fun, energetic and look for all exercises to realistic as possible. With the modern game developing and changing we focus on those changes for them to take maximum effect. Technical aspects such ball control, developing a range of short/long passing combined with improving dynamism by working on footwork, agility and positioning will help their progress through the levels. Through sessions we work defensive phases of play to figure out how we can learn and manage these scenarios.

Conditioning Training


AM4 Coaching offer this specialist session to ensure that players reach their peak individual fitness. We aim to look into the finer details of how to raise those fitness attributes to the next level and show when it comes to game time. 6 week targets are set as coach and players work together in partnership to reach those goals. We will aim to gradually improve on the five components of fitness required for the modern footballing game –
